Winter Wonderland

Bells are ringing, are you listening?
In the lane, snow's glistening
It's a beautiful sight, happy and bright
Walking in a winter wonderland

Gone away is the bluebird
In his place is a new bird
Tweeting a song as we stroll along

In the meadow we will build a snowman
And we'll dress him like Parson Brown
Should he ask "Are you married?" I'll say "No man"
"But I'm trying talk my baby 'round"

Out in the snow it's so thrilling
But your nose is gonna get a-chilling
We'll frolic and play the Eskimo way

In the meadow we will build a snowman
And we'll dress him like a circus clown
We'll have a lot of fun with the snowman
'Til the kids come and try to knock him down

Well later on by the fire
In the warm we'll conspire
