It's been a few years since I put an album out
Had a lot to say but I just couldn't get it out
I became the villain so I put a tent up in the woods
Yeah, I did drugs and I drank just like you said I would
Guess I'm just predictable, a sinner with nowhere to call home oh
But I found what I was lacking between the trips and loneliness
I found my happy cause now I'm happy

And the best part is I found purpose without feeling worthless
Yeah, I've been set free but not in the way religion taught me
I'm a man with a mission
I don't care if you listen
Damn I gotta thank you cause you showed me what I was missing
Now I'm getting way too loud
And you're telling me sit down
But I sat down enough all the times you tied me to the ground
