Under the door, a pair of cloven feet?
Hard to ignore the knocks ringing loudly
But I barely hear them amongst the screaming
Filling up the room

Baby steps towards the future
And confronting it
We're half-way up a ladder
We've got to take our time
And just acknowledge
We've got to make the climb
Or get left behind

This could take years
I'm thinking this could all end in tears
Soaking the ground

All that we're fighting for

Satellite comes crashing down
From such a dizzy height
A fallen angel trying to prolong the glide
And fall with style
