The trial of rapper Beanie Sigel for attempted murder ended in a hung jury late Tuesday afternoon
And the judge declared a mistrial
The jury had spent five days deliberating the case which was one day longer than the trial lasted
In the end they said they couldn't come to a conclusion
Sigel was accused of shooting a man outside a Philadelphia bar last July while he was on the Roc the Mic Tour
Despi— Despite the mistrial, prosecutors could still retry the case with a new jury if they so chose
