A million different voices
So many different sounds
The weight of expectation
Tries to kick me when I'm down
I wrote this to remind myself
The next time I'm freaking out

If I'd just take a minute
To look around
I'd see I reached my limit
I'm on the edge and scared of heights
I get it
It's hard to practice what you preach

Like a map where the X is in quicksand
It's written across your face

There's a ringing inside my head
Like a cannon firing from both ends
The static I'm drowning in
Seems like it never ends
