I been losing sleep my dreams are dark I think it's killing me
Voices in my head keep telling lies I just can't believe
Don't know what I did to earn this evil it won't answer me

The things I've seen make me unclean, a scene
I wish I'd never have to look again but it replays in my dreams
Forgive me for my trespasses maybe then I can let it go
May be then I can forgive you for yours who knows but I probably won't

Losing hope is why but I ain't much for hide and seek
Man the internet ain't got it all I been searching for weeks
Tried to vent on social media it got me looking weak
Went and spoke my mind on Twitter got reported by a geek

Ain't no mercy for no white man shut your mouth no don't complain
Got a truck a house and money ain't noway you feeling pain

Though it was some years ago it's like it just happened again
I'm so guilty with resentment, please forgive me for my sins
Now the devil's on the playground with my family and friends

How can I protect provide if I'm the one that's running scared
If I neglect what's inside and lose my mind I'm good as dead
Can't escape from under my skin it's a disease and it has spread
