Championships aren't won in the ring with lights and a cheering crowd
They're won in solitude, training in the gym
Day after day, rep after rep, when no one's looking
If you want big results
Be willing to do the small things that lead you there

Joining the gym is a good start but then you gotta show up
Don't just buy a temporary feeling of health and exercise with a membership
Do the work
Otherwise don't get mad when you don't have the six pack abs or the model figure
