Life goes on from the dusk to the dawn
From old song to new song
And you find yourself on the path you don't want to be on
I sing songs I don't like
To strangers every night
They don't know me at all and it's wrong

Sometimes I wish I never quit smoking
I had meaningful conversations back then
Don't think I'll ever stop drinking because of that
So fill your cup and spill your guts this second's all we have
