Paw and Maw Uncle Bill and Aunt Lil were the first to settle this holler
They built them a house with the help of the Lord
Cause they didn't have the almighty dollar

Paw is the law the preacher and the judge and he rules with a mighty firm hand
He's the deacon of the church and the mayor of the town
Yeah my Paw's a mighty big man
When he's dead and gone we'll carry on his rules he's sworn to follow
But at a hundred and five he's still mighty spry down here in the Kinfolks Holler
