I'll tell you what, my friends are dropping like flies.
Some just get married, some just get DUI's.
Some got it easy, some can't seem to get by, that's me.

I've got a lot of people hoping I fail.
I hate to disappoint, but I never will.
Some like it easy, some can't seem to keep still, that's me.
I guess it just comes down to the fact,

That we're all, just try to make it through the day.
We're all, just try to find a better way.
We're all, just lie and say that we're ok, when we're not.
No we're not.
But, maybe someday…

I don't need money, don't need fame to get by.
The little things help me appreciate life.
Cause in the end the wrong is someone who's right, that's me.
I guess it just comes down to the fact,
