I used to want to fly
Wanted to sit in the sky
Away from it all

But I realise I'd be crying on the ones that I love now

I used to want to die
Tried to take my own life
I didn't want to be here
I hurt the ones I love so dear
But I'm getting better day by day
Thanks to the help from the ones I love
Who push all the pain away

I've stopped drinking alcohol
From morning to night
And I've been working on my eating
Gaining weights normal, it's alright
I've been dancing in my kitchen
To all my favorite tunes
It's just a shame my friends don't miss me
Ever since I moved

I lost my passion for music
But I think it's coming back
And I've been away so long
And I apologise for that
I love you all so dearly
So I wrote this song
To tell you all of the reasons
Of why I've been gone
