It's hard to get by but I'm saying this wat honesty

traumatized 8 year old feeling like he needs therapy
hes sisters only 20 hes brothers 17
but they gotta be adults paying bills they've never seen
and on top of that you see his dad is millionaire
refusing to see his son cos it seems hes never there
and even in Amsterdam ma you gave us every cent
with 5 euros in your pure making sure its well spent
I was in the second grade so I couldn't understand
as a mother it was hard doing all that you can so I'm sorry

At the moment I can see that its getting that worse
working 6 days a week to the point where your back hurts
no mom should have to do that at the age of 56
And I know I make you angry to the point of feeling sick
and the age of 10 you got us to Australia its true
that now I've got it all and simply from you
and at the moment I can tell that really hurts to see
but its cos of you I'm getting a university degree
I'm dropping tears on my hand as I write this
its hard to admit I'm in financial crisis
tryna make moves with this music till my backs bent
living in a country that's refusing my accent
