Summer time, desert dry, buzzard circling in the sky
Reminding me that I could die if I don't find some water
I pray for rain and a little luck a sip or so in a coffee cup
I swear right now there ain't much I wouldn't give up for water

I've been known to dive in right in to the deep end

If I ain't sinking you can bet I'm thinking

First time that she kissed my lips I felt the devils fingertips
I knew right then I had to get another hit of water
I know she runs hot and cold
