I work my shift and get back home then I just write like a fiend
Editing Lex's videos, swear I thought that was my peak from there
My only motivation was to burst through the seams
Dropping out of college, couldn't go the normal route
Parents started flipping out
So I went and flipped the town
Dropped my first album Blessed one, making 7k a month
But no matter what the value was it never was enough

See I been running every day of my life
Traumatic childhood, it makes it hard to sleep good at night
And it never goes away regardless of what I buy

But fast-forward 5 years and this is bigger than I ever could imagine
8-figure conversations on my quote, shitty rapping
'Bout a million streams a day without a single label backing
So imagine when I pick one
Swear that day will be so tragic for every single person that been doubting me
Got way more to prove then adding numbers to my salary
See this is my legacy, this everything that I breathe
