The Clark Sisters and The Winans and Commission
Uh, what was that like?
Yes, I did, I uh, grew up, of course the uh, the Winans
They were called The Testimonials back then, but
I mean, they were awesome, I mean, excellent
And then The Clark Sisters, I grew up with them, in fact, uhm
Then our Gwen, uh, she became a backup singer with The Clark Sisters
Oh wow
So uh, we were connected that way
And uhm, even uh, Commission back then
Mhm
Uh, they sang on my first project that uh, Thomas Whitfield produced
That's right
"Strange Things Are Happening"
I remember
That was them in the background
Wow
So, it was the best
And that motivated everybody to be the best they could be
