I still find it hard to pull myself out of bed in the morning

I lie awake wondering if this was all for nothing
Fuck, I've got a head so full of doubt
How could I learn to be more kind to myself?

Holding every promise that I made out to me
Like stay one more day, you'll be fine get some sleep

I can't shake the feeling
There's no point in self-healing, so
