Pretty Cashier

I saw a girl
While I was there in line
She was ringing up some dude
Out of his mind
Cause every time
She asked a question
He turned every other direction
Like she wasn't worth his time
But she stayed nice
So I looked at him a while
And looked at her some time
Then I knew and with my eyes I said

Are you alright?
Then her eyes met mine
And then she smiled
Then and there I knew
I made a change tonight
I just wish I went around in line
A second, third, and fourth time
