I hope like hell that I'm wrong

I could be anywhere else but I'm stuck right here

I'm not a picture perfect portrait of success
I'm more like a worn out Polaroid with a lack of focus
But I really can't complain because I know that I'm to blame
I've only got one life but for the life of me I can't get it right

I guess that I'm supposed to be another nobody
I hope like hell that I'm wrong
And that I find where I belong

I'm hopeless and helpless
I'll never get through this
I can't help but feel like I'm out of time
