What Would You Do

I was walking down the hallway of my school, yesterday
When someone, pushed me against the wall
Said "You're a fool, you're not cool. You're totally lame."

There must have been 15 kids in that hall
But no one came to my rescue
No one at all
And all I wanted to say:

Is what would you do if it were you
Shot down, pushed around
Lonely and scared
Would you stand for yourself
Would you cry out for help
Hoping that somebody cares

I went home and told my parents
And they said: "Just ignore it."
But I, I couldn't get that scene out of my head
To see in red
I can't close the door on it

I wish they could feel the pain that I'm going trough
Wish they could see it from my point of view
I wouldn't say that anymore
