Lately I've been trying to find
A list of reasons not to lose my mind
Cause I spent the longest time
Telling myself everything would be just fine and now

All I assumed I'd make it through
Is changing into something new
Every plan I thought I knew... so I'm trying

A little motivation to stop wasting time
I only just realised
Sometimes its the smallest things that help you survive

A falling leaf, a butterfly
The crinkles underneath your eyes when you smile
A cup of tea, a library
A walk outside, a little time to just breathe
