When I write
There's an angel
Sitting in my room
And singing along

And when I cry
There's a demon
Laughing in my ear
Having fun

And there are times when I'm alone
And I'm scrolling through my phone
And I wonder
"What else could go wrong?"

Just waiting on
A little peace
In these streets
And my inner dialogues

Why am I always in a rush?
These times are getting pretty tough
I need to be alone right now

Don't talk to me
I'm alone with God

I watch shows

'Cos I can't
Handle life
