Oh, I met this kid the other day
He introduced himself, I forgot his name, but anyway
He only brushes his teeth once a day
And that's just like me, so I think he's okay
Well, he sure did have a lot to say
And lucky for him, I wasn't busy anyway
So he spoke his words and he talked real good
But there was something about him that was strange

He said he has voices in his head
And without them he'd probably be dead
I told him that's too heavy for me, you see
So he pulled a gun out from his bag
Shot in the air, let out a laugh
And I think he's got another for me

His hair was short, he was 5 foot yea and pale white
He'd always stick his nose in everything
He thought he was mean with his fake gold chain necklace
He always had a lot to say
About everyone and just about everything
Yeah, he's got style, he's got cool cred
Spent his whole life building it up when he can

You think you have, your brand new pants
Or what's the newest flavor of the week
Oh, I don't have no vintage shirts
And I wear sweats out to dinner
Your shit will stink when you're with me

So that kid I met the other day
The one that sticks his nose in everything
No, I don't think that I'd call him a friend
I punched that asshole in his face
I guess popular don't mean you're safe
