A young girl 14, watching life fly past
Everybody sees her crying, no one stops to ask
About to break, the pain is too great to take...
Her last dreams disappeared with the tears on her face
God, a broken heart is all she's got left to hold
All alone as she stands with her guilt in the cold
All these lies of finding love she could never discover
Blaming herself because no one ever cared to love her
Just wanting to be held, loved and respected
She accepted the heart of a stranger afraid of being rejected
All his sweet words seduced her ears and the passion in his voice took the place of her tears
He promised Heaven on earth and promised the world
The healing words for the hurt of this poor, lost girl
Now she can smile for the first time
Happily blind and bound by the same man who took the tears she was crying
So that her heart could breathe
Now her spirit is free, thinking "This is the way love ought to be"...
So naive, young girl please
How do you really know what love is supposed to be?

This broken road to your pain is lost behind your heart and fades away in time
All the things you thought would change
Stayed the same and still you believed all his lies with crying eyes...

This young girl sitting' at the bar, drunk as fuck
Smiling at him as he pours another drink in her cup
Another time... another time... another time...
Now the world around her is spinning and she's losing her mind
"But don't worry baby, cause we'll be home soon
" Holding her hand as he walks her to the hotel room
He locks the door before he starts ripping her clothes
Pretends he can't hear her screaming as she's telling him "No!"
He throws her back on the bed, tears open her legs
Runs his dick inside her stomach as she helplessly begs
Feeling like this cracker's bitch, a whore and a slut
Squeezing tears through her eyes from the pain in her gut
With all the guilt she tries to hide her face in the pillow
So ashamed from the pain that she's losing her feelings

Looking for some peace of mind

This young girl, not so young anymore
Still hurt and broken from her past because she feels like a whore

Now things are getting better, about to have a child
The first time in her life that she's been able to smile
From her suffering she learned the true meaning of love
Seeing her heart was never lost with her virgin blood
And to that man who abused her, tried to break her in half
Scarred and hurt, but she refused to be held back by her past
And you ruined her life when you raped her that night...

You cry out loud, thanking God that He healed this heart that love forgot

Someone understands this young girl's scars
So little girl wipe those tears from your eyes because everybody suffers and everybody cries
