Bad News
(专辑: Words Of Wisdom - 2007)
When I
was growin up people looked at me and they just laughed at me, dysfunctional fucked in the
head, they took a
stab at me I
was a
little emotional at the
time, seein everywhere I
went it was like the
trouble would find me My daddy was gone my momma didn't wanna see, me growin up without a
father figure honestly Next thing you know I
was liven life in another home, my grandparents were takin all of this trouble on I
was a
tyke couldn't argue about where I
belong, it was up to them to be teachin me what was right or wrong I
grew up and knew that this wasn't just how it should be, a
new understanding of life was undoubtedly seen I
made the
decision to bounce and explore a
bit, of pandemonium struck and my mommas and the
story flipped A
day later I
was back at were I
came from, and all I
really know is that I
just wasn't the
same son I
guess I'm just bad news, I
never wanted to become a
burden I
guess I'm just bad news, and you can see it written on the
surface They call me bad news They call me bad news I
guesss I'm just bad news, I
know there's gotta be a
better purpose And shortly after I
returned it was downhill, I
felt rejected so I
kicked it in the
outfield A
black sheep and at the
time I
didn't understand, too young to comprehend the
consequences of a
man Another family member wanted to take me in, but it didn't matter I
was busy contemplating sin I
took it with the
silver spoon and packed up my bags, I
was on the
move again and by then I
was somethin bad At middle school I
was thuggin, saggin my pants, with this chip on my shoulder, grew colder as time advanced On the
east side, but south side was in my veins, I
kept it together even though inside I
was derranged I
got expelled, got arerested, went through therapy, hated humanity so help em if they stared at me And see apparrently my only single clarity, was satan lookin over my shoudler like he was there for me I
guess I'm just bad news, I
never wanted to become a
burden I
guess I'm just bad news, and you can see it written on the
surface They call me bad news They call me bad news I
guesss I'm just bad news, I
know there's gotta be a
better purpose Back to the
start, they shipped me to the
south again, that's when I
started makin music for this doubt within It was a
hobby and my passion was the
drugs, I
was fuckin up and wastin away til I
had enough Suddenly it changed I
was gettin into rock, started shapin up my image and qui representin blocks I
met a
bitch and see to me this girl was God-sent, and for a
minute this where all of my time went I
spent myself emotionally, physically, and vividly created my walkin, breathin epiphany I
fell in love with her, and felt my heart break, but when it was over I
knew this was a
dark fate And the
only way that I
could cope with all the
pain, was with the
music, and I
felt itself flowin through my brain The
rest is history, and here I
stand baby, I'm bad news and the
music is all that can save me I
guess I'm just bad news, I
never wanted to become a
burden I
guess I'm just bad news, and you can see it written on the
surface They call me bad news They call me bad news I
guess I'm just bad news, I
know there's gotta be a
better purpose
